Exploring San Jose Gulf: Villarino Beach
This outing begins with an easy paddle along the coast. From the quietness of our kayaks we are able to watch Southern Right Whales, colonies of Southern Sea Lions and marine birds. Afterwards, we stop in a small bay, to rest and enjoy lunch on the beach. It is then followed by a trek where high cliffs offer spectacular views of the San Jose Gulf.

Exploring Golfo Nuevo: Pta Piramides Pta Pardelas
We leave Puerto Piramides by kayaks, to Pardelas bay. Along the way, we watch Southern Right whales close to the coast and different species of marine birds, as well as caves and high cliffs. A clear reading can be obtained of the local geological formations. After lunch at Pardelas beach, we return to Piramides.

Discover the Bay of Puerto Piramides: Sea Lion, Birds and Geological Formations
We leave the beach of Puerto Piramides and navigate towards Piramides Point. There, the abundance of wildlife: Southern Sea Lions, Cormorants, South American Terns - gives life to these cliffs. Once we have passed the point, we are able see the rock formation that gave Puerto Piramides its name. On our return we paddle on a beach known for its caves and fossils. From here we do an interpretation of the coastal environment.

Physical shape in accordance with the activity to carry out.
Will to strictly follow the indications of the guides, and to enjoy adventure in Patagonia.
The outings are made only in good weather conditions.

We have to keep in mind that this is a true touring kayak day trip, which means that we are self-sufficient, carrying in our kayaks everything we need for the trip.
Depend on the weather conditions the kayaking outing could be cancelled or re-scheduled for another date.
Transportation: Departures are from Puerto Piramides and the use of the vehicle is exclusive for the activity provide by Patagonia Explorers. Transfer from Puerto Madryn or Trelew are not included.
